21st Anniversary Bluesfest

Australia’s most awarded and internationally renowned Bluesfest has officially found a permanent new home – at the Tyagarah Tea Tree farm just off the Pacific Highway, 12 minutes north of Byron Bay. The Easter weekend dates for your diary are Thursday April 1 through to Monday April 5, 2010!
 
So far the HUMUNGOUS lineup includes a lot of our good mates, including Ross Wilson’s Five Decades Of Cool, 10cc, Crowded House, Roger Hodgson from Supertramp, the RocKwiz team, Jimmy Barnes playing the Rhythm & the Blues, Renee Geyer, Colin Hay and his band AND Robert Gordon & the Gang They Couldn’t Hang, which features Chris Spedding (Roxy Music), Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols), and Slim Jim Phantom (Stray Cats). Wow!

There are so many great acts and they're all going to be in the same place!

Roger Hodgson from Supertramp is touring!

Today on the show we caught up with Roger Hodgson from Supertramp, and the great news is that now you can catch up with him aswell when he makes his was to Aus in April!

Roger will be teaming up with special guests 10cc to perform together on a double bill at theatre sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne. Both bands are in Australia for Bluesfest’s much anticipated 21st Anniversary festival held in Byron Bay over Easter 2010.

Roger gave us so many hits including “Give a Little Bit,” “Dreamer,” “It's Raining Again”, “Take the Long Way Home”, “The Logical Song,” “Breakfast In America,” “Fool’s Overture” and so many others.

10CC have also delivered their fair share of hits including “Donna,” “I'm Not in Love," “Rubber Bullets,” and "The Things We Do for Love.”

Having the two of these acts together in one show will be amazing and unmissable.  So don’t delay – purchase your tickets now for concerts we’re all likely to be talking about for years to come.

We put the Bondi Rescue boys to the test...

Yesterday on the show- we put Hoppo and Whippet from Bondi Rescue to the test! They drag stacks of people out of the water everyday- but could they handle Jono? We'll let the pictures tell the story...

Bruce Kulick is coming back to Australia for three concert events.

Bruce promises the shows will be worth the wait, and will feature a plethora of KISS tunes from the eight albums he recorded with the band between 1984 and 1996.
